Returns + Exchange Policy:
We do our best to ensure there are no damages prior to shipping. If you still find a damage, please email email@example.com and follow these instructions:
1) In subject: DAMAGES for Order # (enter your order number here.)
2) List the item name and describe the Damage.
3) Attach a photo of damage good(s).
* A 20% restocking charge will be charged on ALL (non-damaged) RETURNED GOODS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
* No store credit will be issued after 10 days. (Absolutely no returns for special/custom orders.)
* $45.00 charge for any returned checks.
* Claims for any damage must be made within 7 business days upon receipt of merchandise. (According to tracking number delivery date)
* Price on website does not include shipping fees.
* Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
