Returns + Exchange Policy:

Our products are handcrafted for each order!

We do our best to ensure there are no damages prior to shipping. If you still find a damage, please email thesupplysociety@gmail.com and follow these instructions:
1) In subject: DAMAGES for Order # (enter your order number here.)
2) List the item name and describe the Damage.
3) Attach a photo of damage good(s).
* Claims for any damage must be made within 7 business days upon receipt of merchandise. (According to tracking number delivery date). If the product is damaged we will either refund the amount of the purchase price or replace the damaged item.

* A 20% restocking charge will be charged on (non-damaged) RETURNED GOODS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
* No returns for special/custom orders. We will communicate with you for approval on any custom design or colors prior to shipping 

* Price on website does not include shipping fees.
* Shipping and handling are non-refundable on non-damaged returns.

*Free returns on incorrect items shipped.
